The six pack care machine with cycle is one of our most popular fitness equipment for abdominal exercise. We updated the material quality and functions in 2022. In addition to abdominal training, we also add a cycle for both arms and legs training. To getting better exercise effect, we equip two elastic ropes for each six pack care abdominal machine. It can be used as a sit up machine, push up bar, arm and leg exerciser etc. at home or office. We highly recommend this machine for home gym.

Both the cushion and back can be adjusted to fit users of various size. The anti-slip pedals can also be adjusted for different foot size. We adopt high density thickened foam  for back and neck massage.
